This design achieves a beam divergence of typically 1 mrad with a beam cross-section of 2 mm². This enables the creation of structure sizes as small as 1 µm². At the focus, intensities of over 100 GW/cm² are achieved. With the optionally available beam expansion, the beam divergence can be reduced to values of < 0.5 mrad. The nitrogen lasers in the MNL series are known for their high reliability and robustness in industrial applications. They are currently available in both a 20 Hz and a 50 Hz version. More than 400 units of the current model have already been sold.

LTB Lasertechnik Berlin expands its successful industrial nitrogen laser series MNL with a low-divergence laser.
