The patented optical design consisting of echelle grating, prism, imaging optics and entrance slit can be customized for the wavelength range and high spectral resolution. Two-dimensional echelle spectra can be measured in the standard configuration with a slit width of 50 \u00b5m in the VUV range (190-330 nm) with a spectral resolution of up to 30,000 or up to 15,000 in the UV-VIS-NIR range (330-850 nm), depending on the wavelength range that can be detected simultaneously. Thanks to its optomechanical design, the ARYELLE 400 can be combined with a variety of different CCD and ICCD cameras. Optionally, the operation can be extended by a LabVIEW library. Qualitative multi-element analyses are based on a spectral database evaluation of the detected spectrum.
