Multi Card Counter MCC 500 – fast counting of transparent, opaque and translucent cards
LTB Lasertechnik Berlin presents its new Multi Card Counter MCC 500 on the CARTES Exhibition in Paris (06-08 November 2012). It was developed for counting opaque, translucent and transparent plastic cards.
These cards can be credit cards, debit cards, insurance cards, identity cards, driving licenses, pre-paid cards of different colors, also with embossing and multilayer composition. Card materials supported are PVC, ABS, PC, PET, PETG, Polyester, paper, laminated paper.
The measuring principle is a non-contact pure opto-electronic measurement. The count or the difference to a nominal value can be displayed alternatively on the incorporated display panel. New card types can be parameterized by the users themselves. USB and LAN connections allow the data exchange.
