LMBS Basic 2

The LMBS-Basic laser module is designed for easy integration into automated production lines. Machining layouts are created in the multiCAM CAD/CAM software and transferred to the control system. Multiple layouts can be preloaded and selected via input commands. The module supports both stand-alone and PC-controlled operation. External I/O enables the start/stop of programmes as well as monitoring of the system status. Communication is possible via Ethernet or Profibus. For improved durability, we recommend the optional dust protection upgrade, which offers increased resistance to particle contamination.

 


The LMBS basic 2 laser module is highly versatile and can be equipped with a wide range of laser types and technical variants. It can therefore be optimally adapted to the specific requirements of your process.

 


The module supports laser powers from 1 to 200 watts and covers a wide wavelength range from UV to FIR. It can be operated with either air or water cooling and is ideal for integration into higher-level process flows. This makes it suitable for numerous industrial applications. The LMBS basic 2 is available in various versions that can be individually tailored to your needs. Should you have specific requirements regarding laser power, we also offer bespoke solutions on request.
