Strong Synergies, Full House and Cool Guests

Technologiekreis Adlershof e.V. visits LTB Lasertechnik Berlin

A very successful evening dedicated to innovation, dialogue and cutting-edge technology and lots of synergies! We, LTB Lasertechnik Berlin GmbH, represented by our management team, recently had the pleasure of welcoming the members of the Technologiekreis Adlershof (TKA) e.V. to our premises at the Science and Technology Park Berlin Adlershof.

As the evenings motto was “Behind the Scenes”, we opened our doors to a broad audience from the science community, local businesses and technology sector. It was a fantastic opportunity to show attendees how our laser and measurement technology enables solutions that are being successfully deployed worldwide in research, environmental analysis and industry.

A particular highlight of the evening was looking at the bigger picture, far beyond pure measurement technology. The Berlin Start-up Magnosco GmbH (represented by Thomas Diepold) gave an impressive presentation on its innovative solution for skin cancer diagnostics. The demonstration showed first-hand the immense potential that arises when state-of-the-art photonics, medical engineering and Artificial Intelligence (AI) come together. As a result, diagnoses with the award winning “Magnos” are delivered much faster and, importantly, are non-invasive for patients. One attendee perfectly summed it up: “The evening proved once again how much power there lies in combining research, development and practical application.”

What pleased us most was the tremendous interest, the high turnout and the proactive drive for future action. Following the presentations, a relaxed atmosphere set the stage for numerous lively discussions and networking. It is precisely this face-to-face exchange of ideas that makes the Adlershof network so valuable to us.
